The oldest child of Peter and Lois Griffin, she is the least liked and least attractive of the Griffin family. Originally, Meg was shown as a sweet teenager who took the blame for other’s screw ups. This is contrast to the current casting which shows Meg as someone who isn’t cared for by the rest of the family.
She is a self conscious teen in family guy, who is constantly crying and being emotional. She typically is always wearing the same outfit, with her beanie hat and glasses. Meg Griffin is a little shorter then Chris, has a little pot belly, and the only person chasing after her is Glenn Quagmire.
